politics and evangelical republicans

It's truly unfortunate how probably sincere christians have been tricked by slick con artist so called men of GOD. I'm not a democrat but I'm more of an independent, 3rd party american citizen. I'm a 51 year old black male from the midwest I'm a christian 'baptist' for over 33 years. I've been following politics since I was 17 and my political views have been based in large part of my faith and understanding of the scriptures. But I've noticed in the last twenty five years this country has gotten more evangelical republican slanted, it seems to me back in the early 70's when the GOP decided to incorporate the mostly southern christian churches things really got strange. So called men of GOD the falwells, robertsons, were being bought and paid to cloak GOP propaganda into the Godspell. See the GOP knew that mostly southern, pro southern confederate evangelical mostly white individuals would be very receptive to the usually anti black anti woman anti latino ect ect  basically I'm say anti anything but WASP MALES who subscribed to the GOP book of behavior. The GOP knew these churches had tax free status and by incorporating these churches was a major windfall, the GOP tapped into the money and also many doped so called evangelicals. My issue is many of these so called evangelicals are being conned!!  and unfortunately many so called evangelicals are lacking in sound christian judgement. How else do you explain these so called christians totally ignoring republican leaders being caught in scandal after scandal after scandal?  YES! GOD will offer grace but your apology has to be sincere it must be real. Republicans know they can get caught in adultery, homosexuality, greed, and simply cry on camera beg for forgiveness and say the name JESUS multiple times and republican evangelicals will accept them back into the fold with ZERO hesitation,  UNREAL!  My opinion is the GOP has contributed to the decay of the body of Christ and many so called christians have been exposed as hypocrites and fools. If your typical republican evangelical type would simply research their party and simply use the eyes GOD gave them they would come to this unbelievably obvious reality, no political group is going to asher in morality or truly promote the teachings of Christ. Politicians can accept the good news of Christ and of course be born again, but any evangelical looking for spiritual assistance, true spiritual assistance from any political group is complete insanity.  The bible has a name for the typical evangelical republican, PHARISSE.  My evangelical republican friend please research the ''KOCH" BROTHERS you will be shocked at how bad you've been FOOLED
